The staff were excellent and friendly. The location was central, right by tourist activities, coffee and granola bars, and the stadium. The hotel is conveniently located just 1 mile away from Honus Wagner Stadium.

The room was brand-new, moreover wonderful with 2 queen beds. A microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge worked well. Booked the hotel for its perfect and nice location close enough to the parkway, restaurants, and coffee and granola bars, which, by the way were open.

The people were nice.

Construction through Dec. 2016!! has all nearby on and off ramps closed. Took forever to get there and to get out of there. Nothing nearby. Free wifi is basic and they try to up sell to higher speeds. Breafast was a joke... Just apples, muffin, granola bars, and coffee. Kitchen wasn't furnished with any plates, cups, silverware, etc. making it useless.

I loved the new rooms with two comfy queen beds! The staff was really friendly and super helpful 😊.

The location was not great, a short bus journey from central Pittsburgh followed by a short walk up a very steep hill (which with massive bags in the baking heat, was not great but hey ho). The WORST thing about this hotel was the free breakfast. They made it out as if there was all sorts but there was a choice of coffee, tea, two different cereal bars and some muffins.

Really shouldn't advertise free breakfast. Juice fruit and muffins does not Qualify as breakfast

Really could use an ice machine. AND more places to charge electronics

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, right by the downtown, arena, and stadium as well as the parkway. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like One Thirty One East that was only a 25-minute walk away. I hope you find this version to be satisfactory.

Locating the Extended Stay @ night was very difficult. Carnegie road signage was terrible which made the problem of finding your location very problematic. Also, my room didn't have a hair dryer & the night desk attendant was unable to help me because he couldn't find one for me. The next morning the day desk person was able to find a hair dryer for me. No hair dryer in my room was worrisome!

Highly recommended for one night. Greatly enjoyed every detail about my very nice 1 night stay here. The room I booked was kept clean and available with 2 queen beds. The venue's position was central.

Didn't know about maid not cleaning room each day and had to get new towels and sheets and tv internet sucks

The room was a nice size and quiet with flat screen TV with cable channels, a microwave and a refrigerator.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

The price was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was much bigger than we expected, which was great and gave us room to spread out. Having a full kitchen in the room was definitely useful.

The location is a ways out of the city and was a little hard to find. The place was decently clean but could have been better, and could have used a little maintenance. However, it was far from terrible and was definitely worth it for the price.
